1. Build your evidence
Complete your role and pay setup, then add examples of your contribution and results. Assign each approved example to the single Case Check area it supports. One approved example in each of the five areas makes the purchase option available.
2. Prepare your Promotion Case
When you're ready, review the offer and authorize AI preparation. Complete the one-time in-app purchase to begin preparation. Your approved Evidence, role context and sourced pay information help shape your case.
3. Review, personalize and share
Review both documents in the app and make supported edits. Approve delivery to your chosen email address to receive two PDFs: one to share with your manager and one for your own preparation.

What do I need before purchasing?
Complete your role and pay setup and approve at least one Evidence example in each of the five Case Check areas. Each example supports one area. You do not need two examples per area to make the purchase available.
Is AI required?
You can save Evidence without AI drafting. If you choose AI drafting, you review the wording before saving. The personalized Promotion Case and Conversation Guide use AI preparation, with your separate permission before proceeding.
Will it tell me exactly what I should earn?
Pay Position offers an estimate using published benchmarks. It is context for your preparation, not an exact valuation of your role or a promise of what your employer will pay. If a reliable occupation match isn't available, the app labels the alternative national age-based context.
Does buying a case guarantee a promotion or raise?
No. Career Compass helps you prepare and explain your impact. Your employer makes the decision, and no promotion, raise or employment outcome is guaranteed.
What happens after I purchase?
