Pay context with its limits visible.
Pay Position uses published U.S. benchmarks. When a reliable occupation match is available, the comparison uses national occupation data. When it isn't, the app clearly labels national age-based earnings context instead.
These estimates help you prepare. They do not determine the correct salary for your particular role, company or location, and they do not predict your employer's decision.
Your evidence stays under your control.
Evidence drafting with AI is optional. Preparing the purchased documents requires separate AI authorization. The app identifies OpenAI as the provider when asking for permission.
Your employer cannot access your private account through the app. You choose what to share.
